A workshop for secretaries and Personal Assistant using Lego Serious Play is about getting more out of people for the benefit of the business and doing that in a way that respects the uniqueness of the individual, involves everyone on an equal level and builds people's confidence and commitment about the tasks ahead.

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the current industry benchmark for anyone responsible for competency-based training program design, development, delivery and assessment in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. Evaluation on Effectivceness of Training (EET)

INTRODUCTION

This workshop is designed to equip all trainers and programmed evaluators on practical and prov en model for increasing training effectiveness through evaluation.  This  is an ideal follow-up session following the "Train the Trainer" programmed, which focuses mainly on the key aspect of evaluation in a training cycle.


Learning Objectives.

  • Describe the key models in planning for an evaluation
  • Use the suitable methods for evaluating different levels of training effectiveness
  • Measure business performance and impact of training

  • Record training data and reviewing evaluation process

Training Provider in Sarawak Registered With PSMB (HRDF)

SYMAS MANAGEMENT SERVICES was registered (Registration No. 78601) in Kuching, Sarawak under the Business Names Ordinance on the 13th October 2009 with the objective to become a pivotal Bumiputra educational, training and consultant provider in this region.

The Ministry of Human Resources through its Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad’s role as the training coordinating agency has continuously raised the level of competency among the training providers. Retraining and skill upgrading is also of paramount importance to enhance the quality of the workforce so that it is versatile and adaptable to the changing technological and business environment.

With this in mind, Symas Management Services was established and the founding director was a graduate from ‘Train the Trainer’ (PSMB Certificate No. TTT/0700) and ‘Evaluation on Effectiveness of Training (PSMB Certificate No. EET/0021) and was registered with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Bhd (PSMB) under Category B, training provider and ready to play its role in Sarawak.

Since inception in 2009, the company was privileged to have strategic partnership and collaboration with INFOR RESOURCES SYSTEM SDN BHD, which has proven that it has the capability to deliver professional Creativity & Competency based trainings and consulting services to individual and corporations, and a Class ”A” registered training provider with PSMB, Kuala Lumpur.

With the strategic partnership and collaboration, we have conducted short courses which include ‘Train the Trainer’ programmes in Kuching for the benefit of training providers in Sarawak.
