SYMAS MANAGEMENT SERVICES was registered (Registration No. 78601) in Kuching, Sarawak under the Business Names Ordinance on the 13th October 2009 with the objective to become a pivotal Bumiputra educational, training and consultant provider in this region.
The Ministry of Human Resources through its Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad’s role as the training coordinating agency has continuously raised the level of competency among the training providers. Retraining and skill upgrading is also of paramount importance to enhance the quality of the workforce so that it is versatile and adaptable to the changing technological and business environment.
With this in mind, Symas Management Services was established and the founding director was a graduate from ‘Train the Trainer’ (PSMB Certificate No. TTT/0700) and ‘Evaluation on Effectiveness of Training (PSMB Certificate No. EET/0021) and was registered with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Bhd (PSMB) under Category B, training provider and ready to play its role in Sarawak .
Since inception in 2009, the company was privileged to have strategic partnership and collaboration with INFOR RESOURCES SYSTEM SDN BHD, which has proven that it has the capability to deliver professional Creativity & Competency based trainings and consulting services to individual and corporations, and a Class ”A” registered training provider with PSMB, Kuala Lumpur.
With the strategic partnership and collaboration, we have conducted short courses which include ‘Train the Trainer’ programmes in Kuching for the benefit of training providers in Sarawak .
