INTRODUCTION
This workshop is designed to equip all trainers and programmed evaluators on practical and prov en model for increasing training effectiveness through evaluation. This is an ideal follow-up session following the "Train the Trainer" programmed, which focuses mainly on the key aspect of evaluation in a training cycle.

By the end of the course, participants should be able to:
- Explain the differences between evaluation and assessment process
- Describe the key models in planning for an evaluation
- Use the suitable methods for evaluating different levels of training effectiveness
- Measure business performance and impact of training
- Calculate return of investment (R.O.I) correctly
- Develop assessment tools for monitoring
- Record training data and reviewing evaluation process
